VitaWatch Return & Refund Policy

At VitaWatch, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our updated return and refund policy.

30-Day Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged product, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate the return or replacement process, please email us at info@the-vita-watch.com with photographic evidence of any manufacturing defects.

  • We cannot process returns or refunds without valid photographic evidence.
  • We cannot accept claims after the 30-day window.

Return & Refund Conditions

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@the-vita-watch.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and take appropriate action to resolve it.

2. No Returns on Used Items:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been used or opened, unless they are damaged or defective. Returns are also not accepted if you simply change your mind.

Important Notes

  • VitaWatch is not a medical device and is not intended to replace any medical treatments or devices. It should only be used as an additional tool to monitor your health.
  • Items Must Be Unused: We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, unless they are defective.

Accuracy Guarantee

If your VitaWatch does not display the correct glucose values, please reach out to our Customer Support Team for troubleshooting guidance.

If the issue persists, please provide:

  1. A photo of the VitaWatch glucose readings.
  2. A comparison photo of your medical glucose device readings.

Once we verify the discrepancy, we will proceed with a refund.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued minus an 8.5% processing fee, and it will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@the-vita-watch.com.

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please send photographic evidence of the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Once approved, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
  • Please note: Customers cannot request a refund or additional replacement for the first replacement item.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the correct item, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.

  • Refunds and replacements for the new item will not be processed.

Incorrect Address & Return to Sender

  • We cannot issue refunds for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts by the carrier.
  • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to wait until the product is returned to our facility before we can reship it.
  • An additional shipping charge will apply for reshipment.
  • If you request a refund, an 8.5% reinstatement fee will be applied.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@the-vita-watch.com as soon as possible.

  • We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if the fulfillment process has already begun.
  • If your order is successfully canceled, we will refund the full amount minus a $2.50 cancellation fee.
